Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Options

Available delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch, where available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees may be charged upon delivery by the carrier or local customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

If these charges are refused or unpaid and the order is returned to us, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any fees charged to us by the carrier or customs authority.

Returns, Cancellations & Withdrawal

You may request a return within 14 days from the day your order is delivered.

For EU and UK customers, this includes your legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

To start a standard return or cancellation request, please use our self-serve customer portal:

Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return if the item is eligible.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

For fragrance bottles: the tamper-evident seal must be completely intact and unbroken

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance bottles with a broken, removed, or damaged seal cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect.

Sample Sets may only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, sprayed, or unsealed Sample Sets cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrived damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect.

We provide our Sample Set so you can experience the scents before opening a full-size bottle.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect.

Items sent back without submitting a return request through our self-serve portal, Right of Withdrawal form, or contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Opened bottles that arrived damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect are, of course, covered.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect:

Fragrance bottles with a broken, removed, or damaged tamper-evident seal

Sample Sets that have been opened, used, sprayed, or unsealed

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible product and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
