Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within the Netherlands.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Options
We offer two delivery methods at checkout:
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact frontdesk@vacanzafragrances.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make address changes or cancel the order.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, with tags, and in their original packaging

For fragrances: the tamper-evident seal must be completely intact and unbroken

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Fragrance Bottles: For hygiene and safety reasons, bottles with a broken or removed seal cannot be returned or refunded, unless damaged or faulty upon arrival.
We provide our Discovery Set so you can experience the scents before opening a full-size bottle.
How to Start a Return
Email frontdesk@vacanzafragrances.com to request a return.
If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Opened bottles that arrived damaged are, of course, covered.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible product and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
